IT System Administrator

· Administer, monitor, and maintain core IT systems and infrastructure to ensure stability, performance, and security;
· Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and related configurations;
· Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions, including user roles, permissions, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO;
· Administer endpoint and device management platforms (e.g. Intune, Jamf), ensuring device compliance, configuration standards, and lifecycle management;
· Monitor system health, logs, and alerts. Investigate and resolve escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis;
· Plan and implement system updates, changes, and improvements, including patching, configuration changes, and small-scale migrations;
· Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity measures;
· Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools (e.g. PowerShell) to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors;
· Support the implementation of technical information security controls and assist with audit and compliance activities;
· Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and procedures;
· Cooperate with internal teams and external vendors on system-related issues, integrations, and improvements.

· At least 2 years of experience in IT system administration or a similar technical role;
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and identity management (Entra ID / Azure AD);
· Practical experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf;
· Solid understanding of authentication, authorisation, and access control principles (MFA, least privilege, role-based access);
· Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);
· Experience with backup, restore, and system monitoring concepts;
· Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell or similar) is a strong advantage;
· Previous experience in aviation is an advantage;
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex issues;
· Fluent English (written and spoken);
· Good communication, cooperation, and documentation skills.
