Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant
Core responsibilities
- Invoice billing: ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Process cash allocations by reconciling bank statements with remittance advices, closing paid invoices, and accurately posting cash entries.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding accounts receivable matters.
- Handle and resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries, primarily via email.
Required skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field;
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills;
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred;
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable processes or prior experience in an international business environment considered a plus.
