Key responsibilities:
Conducting Investigations: Perform thorough investigations to identify potential financial crime risks (money laundering, fraud) and submit high-quality reports to financial intelligence units (FIUs) in a timely manner.
Risk Assessment: Analyze customer transactions and open-source information to assess regulatory risk across different countries and jurisdictions.
Drafting Findings: Document investigation results in a structured, well-argued manner and prepare clear reports.
Continuous Development: Collaborate with the team, share insights, and actively contribute to expanding the collective knowledge base.
Confidentiality: Ensure strict privacy of customer financial information in accordance with company and client procedures.

Initial Experience or a Strong Foundation: Around 1+ years of professional experience in AML, compliance, or a related field.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to focus on details, make independent decisions in sensitive situations, and evaluate information objectively.
Fluent English: Since we work in an international environment, fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Communication Skills: The ability to express thoughts clearly and professionally, both within the team and when preparing documentation.
