The SEO & Growth Marketing team ensures Oxylabs' industry-leading proxy and web scraping solutions are highly discoverable across all digital environments. As a GEO Specialist, you will shape our visibility across generative search engines, ensuring our brand is consistently trusted and cited by major LLMs. With AI fundamentally reshaping how B2B buyers discover and evaluate vendors, we are moving fast to adapt our content architecture for machine readability. The core challenge is navigating the shift from traditional search to agentic pipelines, ensuring our website and content are structured so AI agents can seamlessly parse, trust, and surface our data.

The SEO & Growth Marketing team ensures Oxylabs' industry-leading proxy and web scraping solutions are highly discoverable across all digital environments. As a GEO Specialist, you will shape our visibility across generative search engines, ensuring our brand is consistently trusted and cited by major LLMs. With AI fundamentally reshaping how B2B buyers discover and evaluate vendors, we are moving fast to adapt our content architecture for machine readability. The core challenge is navigating the shift from traditional search to agentic pipelines, ensuring our website and content are structured so AI agents can seamlessly parse, trust, and surface our data.
In this role, you will:
- Help shape and execute Oxylabs' GEO/AEO strategy across major LLMs and generative search engines.
- Drive initiatives to increase citation frequency, share of voice, and brand presence in AI-generated responses for our core categories (proxies, web scraping, data collection).
- Help build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework - tracking citation rate, mention frequency, sentiment across mainstream chatbots.
- Audit and evolve our content architecture for AI extractability.
- Partner with SEO and Content teams, provide recommendations on how to ensuring every new piece is built to be cited, not just ranked.
- Stay ahead of the agentic search curve - monitor how AI agents surface and act on web content.
- Help to define what "agent-ready" looks like for Oxylabs' website and content ecosystem.
- Work on opportunities in collaboration with affiliate, influencers and growth marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Web and Product teams to ensure our site's technical foundations (crawlability, structured data, API accessibility, page speed) support machine discovery - not just human discovery.
Your skills & experience:
- At least a year of experience in On-site SEO - with demonstrated interest in, or some early hands-on exposure to, GEO/AI search.
- Solid understanding of how large language models work.
- Experience optimizing for AEO.
- Strong content instincts - able to help brief, edit, and quality-control content with an AI-discoverability lens.
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and/or any GEO monitoring tools.
Nice to have:
- Background in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with technical SEO.
- Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and how agents consume and act on web content.
