- UAB „Heston Airlines“
JUNIOR IT SPECIALIST WILL:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of hardware;
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer and other IT equipment and access to various systems problems;
- Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics;
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed;
- Keep track of technological advancements and trends of IT ecosystems;
- Provide any other support to colleagues as needed.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) knowledge;
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks, or related field (completed or final‑year student);
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting (internships or part-time work also relevant);
- Good communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills;
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks;
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain high-quality work standards;
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT environment.
