Junior KYC Operations Specialist

We are currently partnering with an international, fast‑growing fintech company that provides payment solutions and financial services across multiple markets. To support the growth of their operations hub in Vilnius, we are looking for a Junior KYC Operations Specialist on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong possibility to extend or transition to a permanent position.

This role is a great opportunity for a junior professional who has already had some exposure to AML/KYC or similar compliance/operations tasks and who wants to grow in an international environment and develop in the fintech and payments area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure efficient execution of daily customer operations tasks in compliance with internal standards, market best practices, and SLA requirements.
• Review client/company data and KYC/KYB documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and update regular reports for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain internal process documentation and the team knowledge base.
• Support clients on financial and reporting‑related questions, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field is an advantage).
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer focus, with good analytical and problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working with multicultural, international clients.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French or Italian (B2 level or higher) and/or other additional languages.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or understanding of payment processing, KYC/KYB standards and financial compliance regulations.
