What will you be doing?
- Hands-on Deal Making: You will be the architect behind our B2B contracts—drafting and reviewing everything from loan and leasing agreements to power of attorneys and service provider deals.
- Project Power: We value doers. If you show proactiveness, we’ll give you the lead on small-scale compliance or technical projects to build your project management muscles.
- Board & Corporate Governance: Step into the room where it happens. By managing Board meetings and corporate body documentation, you’ll gain rare, firsthand knowledge of how a bank is governed at the top.
- Regulatory Deep-Dives: Get ahead of the curve by assisting with cutting-edge topics like DORA, vendor monitoring, and outsourcing—skills that are currently gold in the financial market.
- Mission Control: Manage our corporate engine by coordinating notarial transactions, handling public register filings, and supporting management with debt collection processes.
What will help you succeed?
- Legal Foundation: You have a Degree in Law (or are a final-year student ready to start your career).
- The Right Start: Experience in a notary office or a law firm would be an advantage, while experience in a financial institution or in compliance roles is a major advantage that will help you hit the ground running.
- Keen Eye for Detail: You’re the person who spots the small error in a 10-page contract and saves the day.
- Digital Native & Proactive: You are comfortable with tech and AI and always look for a smarter way to do things.
- English Fluency: English is our daily language, so you need to feel comfortable speaking and writing it every day.
- Agile Mindset: You can jump from a notary call to a DORA task without breaking a sweat—multitasking is your second nature.
