ParcelABC is an international logistics technology company operating its own parcel delivery platform across Europe and other global markets. Every day, thousands of customers use our platform to book shipments with leading courier companies.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Product & Platform Manager who wants to build a long-term career in technology and product management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving business processes, working with modern technologies, and learning how large online platforms operate.

You will work directly with the CEO, software developers, and different business teams. Your responsibilities and decision-making authority will grow together with your experience, with a clear career path towards becoming a Product & Platform Manager and later a Head of Product & Platform.

What you will do

Your Responsibilities
Support the daily administration and maintenance of the ParcelABC platform.
Coordinate development tasks between the business and software development teams.
Prepare clear and well-structured tasks for developers.
Monitor development progress and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Test new platform features before release and report bugs.
Help improve the overall quality and usability of the platform.
Assist with API integrations with courier companies and external partners.
Communicate with logistics partners regarding pricing updates, technical changes, and new services.
Maintain pricing rules and platform configurations.
Work closely with Customer Support, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand business needs.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with implementing AI solutions and automation tools.
Prepare documentation, process descriptions, and user requirements.
Suggest ideas that improve customer experience and business performance.

What we expect

What We Are Looking For

Interest in technology, software platforms, AI, automation, and digital products.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good written and spoken English.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
A positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve.
Nice to Have
Experience in Customer Support, Operations, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Logistics, or IT.
Basic understanding of APIs and software development.
Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
Experience working with SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis would be an advantage, but is not required.

Salary
€2,500–3,500 gross per month, depending on your experience, knowledge, and qualifications.

Additional performance-based bonuses may be offered based on individual contribution, completed projects, and professional growth.
