Junior Recruiter

We’re on the lookout for several ambitious Junior Recruiters ready to grow with us and bring fresh energy to our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring journey—supporting the full recruitment cycle from the first spark of interest to the final handshake.

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll help shape first impressions by crafting and posting engaging job ads, conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews. Working within our in-house recruitment system, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved. Your work will directly contribute to connecting talented professionals with opportunities across Offshore Construction, Renewable Energy, Dredging, Oil & Gas, and Merchant Shipping industries.

Responsibilities:
Post and promote job opportunities across professional platforms, job boards, and social media
Actively participate in sourcing and attracting top talent
Support teams in reviewing and screening candidate applications
Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing multiple calendars with ease
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, ensuring a welcoming experience
Track recruitment progress and candidate data using recruitment tools
Prepare and send recruitment-related communications, including application updates and offers
Assist with documentation, background checks, and verification processes
Take part in recruitment events and initiatives
Champion a positive and engaging candidate journey from start to finish

What we’re looking for:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment is a plus, but not a must
Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a background from the Lithuanian Maritime Academy (Port and Shipping Management)
