We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our international team.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not required. We are open to candidates who want to transition into recruitment from another field and have the right skills, attitude, and motivation to learn.

What You Will Do:
Proactively approach and engage with potential candidates through different channels.
Identify and attract suitable candidates using our platforms, job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and customers throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates, customers and keep recruitment processes moving.
Maintain accurate candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.
Work closely with the team to successfully fill assigned positions.
Learn and apply new recruitment tools, processes, and techniques.

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
