How you will create value
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Consult our corporate clients, help them solve problems and answer their questions
- Analyze client information - finances, cash flows, and present possible financing solutions to credit committees
- Provide insights and advice on improving bank processes and products, as well as enhancing customer experience
What we hope you'll bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with corporate clients in a similar role at a bank or other financial institution
- Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and constant initiative and motivation to achieve the best results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong motivation to achieve goals and willingness to grow continuously
- Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in financial and business analysis
- Higher education in economics, finance, management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
