You will be responsible for:
- Negotiating with major retail chains and distributors and preparing commercial proposals;
- Launching new products and providing relevant product information;
- Identifying new sales channels, managing product placement and marketing activities, and increasing brand awareness;
- Planning sales promotions and developing pricing and assortment strategies;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail chain managers and wholesalers;
- Analyzing market trends, changes, and opportunities for growth;
- Collaborating effectively with other departments across the company;
- Adopting and sharing best practices with the team.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, and a solid understanding of sales processes;
- A university or college degree;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong planning and time-management skills and an analytical mindset;
- A proactive, independent, and responsible approach to work;
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and take ownership of results.

The Group is currently undertaking the largest expansion project in its history. The majority of the investment – more than EUR 97 million – is being allocated to the modernization and expansion of the UAB “Grigeo Tissue” production facility in Grigiškės. Once the project is completed, tissue paper production capacity will double, further strengthening the company’s and the entire Group’s position in international markets.
