- Conduct thorough KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for new and existing clients
- Validate source of funds, corporate structures and beneficial ownership
- Review and verify received customers’ documentation, ensuring completeness
- Escalate any identified risks and follow up with detailed due diligence reviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (AML, Compliance, Legal) on complex cases
- Consult and provide necessary recommendations for problem solving
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
- Experience in KYC, AML, compliance, or risk management roles
- Understanding of customers’ business models and industries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and high attention to details, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Lithuanian and English language skills
- Good communication and argumentation skills
