We are looking for a proactive and organized Specialist to join our Learning & Performance Management Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development, enjoys coordinating projects and processes, and wants to contribute to building a high-performance culture.
Every day, you’ll be #closer and:
- Coordinate and continuously improve employee learning and development processes across the Group.
- Administer and develop our Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance management system.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, conferences, seminars, and other development initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report employee development and performance data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver impactful learning solutions.
To be #closer, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
- Experience working with HR systems and digital platforms. Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance management system (advantage)
- E-training design skills (advantage)
- Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable recommendations
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and very good English language skills
