As we continue to grow, REWO is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our team in Vilnius.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, working with Apex, LWC, SOQL and integrations.
- You have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limitations.
- You have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Git, Bitbucket and Gearset.
- You have experience leading or mentoring a team, making technical decisions and taking ownership of the outcomes.
- You are curious, quick to learn, and genuinely motivated to grow and continuously develop your skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect or similar would be considered an advantage.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of Salesforce development, including setting the technical direction, shaping the architecture and sharing technical knowledge with the team.
- Build and enhance REWO’s internal Salesforce projects, working on a variety of tasks and challenges.
- Establish and maintain Salesforce best practices across architecture, code quality, security and testing.
- Develop and improve CI/CD processes to ensure fast, reliable deployments to Production together with our partners.
- Explore new technologies and innovative solutions, proactively suggest ideas and take ownership of bringing them to life.
