Job description
- Keep a record of all postal mail received using a specialized computer system
- Sorting and grouping of all inbound and outbound physical and electronic postage for easy scanning and or dispatch
- Scan received documents using the respective systems
- Distribute or store the process documents according to defined processes, archive documents (contracts, invoice originals) according to the EU documentation directives and standards
- Taking care of outbound postal mail - preparing mail, ensuring timely sending of postal mail.
Requirements
- Good English language skills
- Previous experience in administration or a related field
- Ability to perform monotonous and repetitive work under high quality
- Excellent attention to details, organisational skills
- High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility
