Marketing Manager

✔️ You will work closely with the sales team: understanding their goals, customer needs and sales challenges, and looking for marketing solutions that help drive sales.
✔️ You will coordinate the social media strategy in Lithuania.
✔️ You will work on public relations and communication projects.
✔️ You will plan and implement marketing activities in Lithuania focused on increasing brand awareness, product choice and sales.
✔️ You will work with the sales team to develop B2B marketing communications.
✔️ You will coordinate external agencies.

We are looking for someone who sees marketing as more than just communication or strategy. You are interested in how a product is perceived by customers, where and how it is presented, why customers choose one brand over another, and what marketing can do to help the sales team win customers.
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
✔️ The ability to independently initiate projects and successfully bring them to completion.
✔️ Experience in creating sales promotion campaigns and marketing tools to support the sales team.
✔️ The ability to understand the market, customer segments and competitors’ activities and turn these insights into practical actions.
✔️ A commercial mindset, initiative, creativity and a strong results-oriented approach.
✔️ Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
