- Lead marketing initiatives for business (B2B) products and services in the Lithuanian market, from planning to execution
- Own and grow social media channels, including content planning, campaign management, and performance tracking
- Lead and perform digital marketing activities through various channels to increase brand awareness and market share
- Work with in-house and external designers, web specialists, creative, production, and media agencies to create amazing solutions to ensure success of marketing initiatives
- Keep track of relevant KPIs and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Keep abreast of digital media trends and best practices
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience in marketing for at least 2 years
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Lithuanian and fluent English language skills (both verbal and in written - everyday work language)
- Team-player mindset to fit in a dynamic 20+ employee Marketing and corporate communications team
- Agency background and a degree in marketing or communication will be considered an advantage
