MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Product Development Lifecycle
Involvement from requirements to deployment for:

• Injection molded components;
  
• Mechanical components;
  
• Fixtures (assembly & measurement).
  

Configuration & Sustaining Engineering

• Managing changes;
  
• Supporting existing products and cost-saving initiatives.
  

Design & Investigation

• Creating concepts, detailed studies, and specifications;
  
• Engineering investigations and problem-solving.
  

Cross-functional Support

• Collaboration with Electronic and Test Engineers, Quality team.

Education & Experience

• Degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering;
  
• Experience: 3+ years in injection molding or mechanical/mechatronics design.
  

Technical Skills

• CAD: SolidWorks proficiency;
  
• Statistical Tools: Minitab or similar;
  
• Design Principles:
  

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T);
Design for Manufacturing (DFM);
Plastic part design;
Thermoplastics knowledge (mechanical, thermal, chemical properties).
Standards Knowledge:

• ISO standards for technical documentation creation, injection molding & quality control;
  
• ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 6beneficial for medical devices).
  

Soft Skills

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and results oriented;
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  
• Fluent English communication.
