Darbo pobūdis

• Plan and execute LIDL Baltics media campaigns across channels to support retail trends, promotions, and brand awareness.
  
• Collaborate with media agencies to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across the Baltics, including TV, radio, OOH/DOOH and digital.
  
• Lead agency partnerships: brief media partners, establish KPIs, approve cross-channel plans, oversee execution timelines.
  
• Prepare reports and advise potential media performance improvements.
  
• Control media project budget and participate in cost management
  
• Communicate regularly with involved stakeholders in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania to advance media project management
  
• Continuously track competitor media activities, media innovations, market trends and research across the Baltic advertising landscape
  

Reikalavimai kandidatui

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience working in media agency or client-side media planning role (both ATL and BTL)
  
• Very good Lithuanian and English language skills
  
• Comprehensive understanding of the Lithuanian media market and media planning KPIs
  
• Experience in and understanding of the Latvian and Estonian media markets is a major advantage
  
• Results oriented person with high attention to details
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a busy, varied role
