We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our Performance team. This role is for someone who is not afraid to take ownership, work with exciting eCommerce projects, and grow in an environment where strategy, creativity, analytics, and experimentation matter every day.
Here, you will not just manage campaigns. You will build strategies, test ideas, work with creative and PPC specialists, improve tracking setups, and directly influence client growth.

Your day-to-day
- Campaign management: Develop and execute Meta Ads strategies for local and international eCommerce brands. Manage campaigns across Meta Ads formats, including Advantage+, Catalog Ads, Instant Forms, remarketing, and full-funnel campaign structures.
- Strategy development: Own the full lifecycle of Meta Ads campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization, reporting, and scaling.
- Data analysis: Analyze campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, and other attribution tools. Present insights, results, optimizations, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Budget optimization: Manage and optimize media budgets with a focus on key performance metrics.
- Teamwork: Work closely with creative and content teams to align ad visuals, copy, hooks, offers, and landing pages with performance goals.
- Continuous learning: Stay up to date with the latest PPC and media buying trends, tools, and best practices.
Your skills and experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, preferably with eCommerce clients.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns with clear business KPIs.
- Experience with full-funnel Meta Ads strategies, including Advantage+, Catalog Ads, remarketing, and lead generation formats.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Shopify.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and product catalog management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting results.
- Hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and ability to move fast while staying strategic.
- Curiosity, ownership, and motivation to keep learning, testing, and improving.
Compensation
Gross salary: €2,500–€3,300 per month, depending on your experience and skills.
