As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to strengthen our AML/CFT framework and support the development of sustainable and effective compliance processes. We are focused on delivering innovative, scalable, and compliant payment services while maintaining a strong partnership between compliance and business functions to support sustainable growth.

• Previous experience in an MLRO, Deputy MLRO, AML Compliance, or Financial Crime role within fintech, payments, EMI, banking, or financial services;
  
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, sanctions compliance, transaction monitoring, and risk-based approach principles;
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance processes;
  
• Strong analytical and investigative skills;
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  
• The candidate must reside in Lithuania due to regulatory and operational requirements related to the MLRO function.
