- UAB „ŠVYTURYS-UTENOS ALUS“
We are looking for a New Product Introduction Team Lead to join our Planning team where you will coordinate all product change management processes: new product launches and de-listing products. You will also be arranging the work of one Master Data Specialist.
What you'll be doing
- Leading projects of new product introduction to the market
- Leading portfolio complexity reduction and/or harmonization projects
- Leading the product outphasing process
- Supervising SKU Master Data creation and periodic Master Data maintenance procedures
- Providing in specific tool supply chain input regarding new product launches complexity
- Doing follow-up of NPD launch quality & supporting commercial teams on post launch evaluation process
- Providing input about new products for the month end closing procedures & periodic reportings
- Contributing to the budgeting process
What we're looking for
- Good communication skills, resilience and attention to detail;
- Higher education;
- Fluency in English and the local language;
- Professional competencies: advanced computer skills (MS Office software)
- Prior project and/or team management experience is beneficial.
