Office Manager | Networking Solutions

We are looking for an Office Manager to strengthen our administration team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with versatile tasks and in an amazing friendly team making work not only interesting but also pleasant process.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate handling;
• Welcome guests and clients, providing information and assistance as needed;
• Prepare letters, orders, and other documents related to employee safety, health, and office procedures;
• Handle and distribute phone calls and information, maintaining smooth communication within the office;
• Maintain general office order, including ordering necessary supplies and services, and monitoring their timely replenishment.

What we expect of you:

• At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role;
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (both written and verbal);
• Solid understanding of office administration practices and procedures;
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and communicative approach;

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~1670 Eur—2340 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

• In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
