Order Execution Analyst | Telematics

We are looking for an Order Execution Analyst to join our Orders and Inventory Management department in Vilnius.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth fulfillment of customer orders by analyzing production planning and order compliance data, as well as coordinating activities between the Production, Supply, Logistics, and Sales teams.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and ensure that sales orders are fulfilled within the established deadlines.
• Contribute to production planning processes.
• Communicate with the Sales Department regarding sales order compliance and ensure their timely fulfillment.
• Submit orders to the Supply Department.
• Analyze demand and ensure sufficient inventory levels in warehouses.
• Process and coordinate returns.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Perform other tasks related to order management as assigned by the manager.

What we expect of you:

• A higher education degree (a background in Social Sciences, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or Analytics would be an advantage).
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Attention to detail, initiative, ability to solve problems independently, and effectively prioritize tasks.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience with accounting in the sales field.
• Experience working with Rivilė accounting software.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges  from 11 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~1830 Eur - 2500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get quarterly bonuses.

• In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
