Currently, we are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for bank transfers, will manage various payments & perform other related operations. To be successful in this role, you should have an interest in either economics, finance, or accounting, also you should be attentive to detail as well as have a strong sense of taking responsibility. We will provide training & teach you everything you need to know for this role.
Currently, we are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for bank transfers, will manage various payments & perform other related operations. To be successful in this role, you should have an interest in either economics, finance, or accounting, also you should be attentive to detail as well as have a strong sense of taking responsibility. We will provide training & teach you everything you need to know for this role.
Your key responsibilities:
- Payment Execution and Control: Performing domestic and international bank transfers in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Account and Currency Management: Periodically verifying account statuses, monitoring balances, and preventing overdrafts
- Inquiry and Error Handling: Reviewing operations, analyzing and recording occurring errors, and proposing solutions; processing requests for payment cancellations, confirmations, adjustments, or investigations.
- Systems and Statements Operations: Directly communicating with banks via SWIFT and other systems, and allocating incoming/outgoing messages; extracting bank statements, uploading them into the system, and correcting discrepancies.
- Collaboration: providing consultations to Customer Support and other internal departments.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent computer literacy skills;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking to identify the root causes of errors, and a high sense of responsibility;
- Good English and Lithuanian language skills (must have)
- Basic understanding and utilization of AI technologies
- Flexibility to work in shifts: The department ensures operational coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
