GET READY TO

  • Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies 
  • Administrate and release payments to customers
  • Perform credit checks and administrate debts of the customers
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Prepare and provide reports to customers
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports to management 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows
  • Suggest improvements to payment procedures and systems for better efficiency.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Experience in a similar role (Accounting, Credit Control or else) would be preferred
  • Excellent command of Lithuanian and English language
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong at analyzing data and attention to details with great sense of responsibility
  • Strong time management.
