Job description
At Bankera, we are doing our best to ensure that our customers get a smooth and reliable experience using our payment services, while at the same time not having to worry about the safety of their funds. Our Payment Services Analysts are at the forefront of making this happen. We are looking for an addition to our Operations team who would help us facilitate payment operations. Payment Services Analysts will be able to work from our offices in Vilnius or Kaunas and will make sure that our banking infrastructure is employed to the full extent.
You should find it interesting to:
- Generate periodic financial statements and comprehensive reports for external audits, ensuring accuracy for cross
- Prepare, modify and update queries to extract data from internal MongoDB databases.
- Provide reports on operating volumes and other payments related data.
- Track operating metrics and inform your team about any material changes.
- Provide input and drive efficiency improvement on your daily tasks.
- Help Payment operations team with daily tasks or payment related questions if needed.
- Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure rapid exchange of information.
We would love you to have:
- Experience in payment, banking, payment cards operations or a similar field preferred
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Mathematics
- Proficiency in English, including written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, Target2 operating rules and regulations is a big plus
- Proficiency in English, including written and oral communication skills
- General knowledge of payments, payment cards, retail banking, operations
- Strong attention to details and responsibility in managing your daily tasks
