We work with a fast-growing DTC health and wellness company that builds and scales digital brands across Europe and the US. The team operates at a fast pace, continuously launching new funnels, entering new markets, and testing and optimizing performance.
As the Finance team grows, we are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to join the team and take ownership of payment processors onboarding and operational processes.
This is a junior-to-mid level opportunity for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documents, processes, and multiple stakeholders.

Darbo pobūdis:
Your day-to-day:
- Follow the roadmap for opening payment processing with different PSPs and in different countries
- Collect, review, organize, and submit company and business documents required by payment processing providers
- Maintain structured folders and documentation so everything is easy to find
- Communicate with payment service providers throughout the onboarding process
- Answer questions and provide additional documentation requested by PSPs
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams when additional information or documents are needed
- Follow the onboarding process from initial application to successfully opening the payment processing account
- Keep track of important payment information, including pricing, reserves, and settlements
- Support ongoing payment operations and make sure important processes are completed on time

We're looking for someone who:
Nice to have
- Has experience in operations, finance, banking, payments, administration, or a similar environment
- Is highly organized and comfortable working with a lot of documentation
- Has experience working with payment service providers, banks, or financial institutions
- Is comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and external partners
- Can follow processes carefully while also taking ownership of getting things done
- Is proactive and doesn't wait to be told about every next step
- Is comfortable working in English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with KYC/KYB or payment onboarding processes
- Previous experience in a fintech, e-commerce, SaaS
- Understanding of payment processing, settlements, or merchant accounts
