Job description
We are looking for a smart, structured, and performance-driven Performance Media Manager to help us build a stronger paid media creative service for international clients.
This role is for someone who understands paid social and performance marketing not only from a media perspective, but also from a creative and strategic perspective. You would help connect performance insights with better content decisions and help us create paid media content from a more informed angle.
Your responsibilities would include helping shape and develop CTRL Pictures’ paid media creative service, supporting the planning of performance-driven content for clients, analyzing campaign results and extracting practical creative insights, helping define testing approaches and content hypotheses, and translating paid media needs into clear briefs for content creation.
You would also work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams, help structure creative testing logic across campaigns and markets, support reporting and presentations, and collaborate with clients and external partners to align on objectives, testing, and recommendations.

Strong English skills, written and spoken
Experience in performance marketing, paid social, or digital media
Strong understanding of how creative affects performance
Ability to analyze campaign data and extract clear recommendations
Ability to work across teams and communicate clearly with clients
Structured working style and strong attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-moving, creative environment
Strong advantage if you have:
Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar paid media platforms
Experience briefing creative teams based on performance insights
Experience with testing frameworks, creative iteration, and reporting
Experience in an agency, content studio, or performance-focused brand team
Understanding of how to build performance-informed creative systems, not just one-off campaigns
