Want to create video content that reaches millions of people and drives serious revenue?
We're looking for a Performance Video Editor who lives and breathes video ads. This isn't a polish-the-final-cut role — you'll own the creative from idea to shipped ad, turning raw footage, UGC, and AI-generated assets into scroll-stopping videos that actually perform. You'll edit fast, test constantly, and use AI tools daily to multiply your output.
You should be someone who moves quickly, has strong visual taste, knows how to cut video that converts, and is genuinely excited to build AI into every step of the creative process.

What you’ll do
- Edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Use AI tools daily to generate footage, voiceovers, b-roll, and variations — and to speed up the entire editing workflow
- Turn UGC and raw clips into high-performing ad creatives
- Produce high volumes of ad variations for testing (different hooks, angles, formats)
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative feedback
- Contribute to creative direction and help shape what we test next
What we’re looking for
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI video and creative tools (e.g. Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- A sharp eye for hooks, pacing, and what makes a video ad stop the scroll
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- A proactive mindset and willingness to move fast
Nice to have
- Experience editing paid social / performance ad creative specifically
- Understanding of what drives ad performance (hooks, retention, CTAs)
- Experience creating content for social media
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
