Essential Functions:
- Plan transportation routes for at least 15 drivers based on their working hours;
- Dispatch drivers for scheduled pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring they have the necessary information for each shipment;
- Handle the necessary paperwork related to transportation processes;
- Enter and update shipment information in the CRM system, keeping operational data accurate and up to date;
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and assist in resolving issues in case of necessity.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatch/ customer service or relevant positions;
- Intermediate or higher verbal and written English skills;
- Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to work in fast-paced operational environment;
- Experience in US/EU logistics company would be a plus.
