Job description

What you will do:

Ensure an efficient and smooth planning process by setting daily priorities, making timely decisions, and effectively responding to changes or disruptions.
Lead and organize the team’s work by allocating tasks, supporting problem-solving, and ensuring a structured, high-performing work environment.
Drive team performance and efficiency by balancing workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring a prompt response to operational changes.
Foster strong team alignment, accountability, and collaboration to achieve shared goals and maintain consistent performance.
Proactively identify risks and potential challenges, initiate improvements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Build and maintain close cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes and effective communication across departments.

What we expect from you:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence to express ideas, provide feedback, and challenge when necessary.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and analyze large volumes of information in a structured manner.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and accountability in task execution.
Strong ownership, motivation, and commitment to achieving team and business results.
Good command of English (at least B1–B2 level).
At least 3 years of experience in logistics, planning, or transportation management.
Proven ability to lead or coordinate team activities, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
