Citadele Private Banking is looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow our established Private Banking business in the Lithuanian market.

- Drive strategic growth and business development.
- Lead a team of professionals and collaborate with internal experts and external partners.
- Expand the client base by acquiring new affluent and high-net-worth individuals, while maintaining and deepening existing relationships.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through their evolving financial goals and delivering the most fitting solutions.
- Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of Private Banking products and services.
- Act as a representative of Citadele, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A higher education degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking or financial services, with a strong background in business development and client portfolio management.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and sales execution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lithuanian Private Banking market, trends, and customer expectations.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to lead independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
