About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Process Manager to join our Quality and Customer Satisfaction team within the Commercial and International Business Unit.

In this role, you will take ownership of operational processes across the company, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn them into practical solutions. You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Customer Support, Product, Sales, Business Development and IT to improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall process performance.

You’ll also play an important role in driving automation and digitalization, including identifying opportunities to use AI tools to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

What you’ll do

• Own and optimize operational processes across the company;
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of solutions;
• Analyze operational and customer data to drive efficiency and service improvements;
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and governance;
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Product, Sales, Business Development and IT to implement process changes;
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in process performance;
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives;
• Identify and leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
