PURPOSE:
- Manage the full business case process: from identifying opportunities and analysing target audiences to preparing an implementation strategy and presenting the plan to the bank’s management;
- Act as a bridge between business and technology: prepare business requirements, understand the “anatomy” and logic of systems, and ensure that business needs are clearly translated into feasible solutions;
- Ensure continuous improvement of products and processes: monitor the “health” of existing products, identify areas for improvement, address day-to-day challenges promptly, and implement more efficient solutions;
- Monitor market innovations and technological developments, initiating timely and well-founded product evolution or expansion.
WHAT MATTERS MOST:
- 3+ years of experience in product development or project management; experience in the financial sector would be an advantage;
- Ability to see the broader picture and understand how individual changes affect the entire process chain;
- Strong analytical skills: ability to independently collect and structure data, and provide well-grounded conclusions;
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability for the final result, and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions;
- Personal qualities: quick thinking, critical mindset, teamwork, and the ability to defend one’s point of view with sound arguments;
- Excellent English skills, both in communication and in preparing documentation.

- Monthly salary of EUR 3,000–4,400 gross;
