Key Responsibilities
- Plan, steer, and control assembly operations to ensure stable output and customer delivery performance;
- Develop and maintain long- and short-term production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints;
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding item availability and shipping schedules to ensure timely production and delivery;
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address delays, capacity changes, or material shortages;
- Analyze production performance, inventory levels, and capacity utilization to identify improvement opportunities;
- Ensure operational and planning KPIs are met and derive actions if needed;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with ERP systems as well as Microsoft 365 tools;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Lithuanian and English.
