Yours tasks

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate resources, including resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans and manage changes.
  • Create and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Create and monitor program schedules and timelines.
  • Plan and monitor program costs and ensure programs stay within budget.
  • Ensure that programs are properly documented and reviewed.
  • Prepare reports and escalate to management as needed.
  • Cooperate with customers on technical issues.

Requirements

  • Technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent).
  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Technical background, preferred experience in wire harness development, electronics hardware/software, electro-mechanical.
  • Customer-orientated with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (could be up to 50%).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Good teamwork skills.
