Littelfuse New Product Implementation team is looking for a Project Administrator. In this role, you will support the delivery of new product implementation projects in manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll help keep projects organized, ensure timelines are met, and contribute to bringing new products into production.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Support new product implementation projects by coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions
- Support project planning, timelines, and budget tracking
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project records
- Coordinate sample builds and collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and project teams
- Assist with purchasing project materials and processing related documentation, including invoices and estimates
- Keep project stakeholders informed of project progress and key milestones
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project delivery
ABOUT YOU:
- A degree in in engineering field
- Up to 1 year of experience working in a project environment is considered an advantage
- Good English skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
