Our team supports the Customer Service Center in achieving its goals by analysing data, planning resources, and implementing projects both locally and across the Baltic countries. Our work focuses on increasing operational efficiency and improving the customer experience.

Your responsibilities:
- Drive AI initiatives from idea to implementation, identifying opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for the Customer Service Center.
- Identify and prioritize processes suitable for AI and automation, focusing on efficiency, quality, employee experience, and customer experience.
- Lead AI-related projects, including defining business needs, coordinating stakeholders, developing implementation plans, and measuring results.
- Experiment with and prototype AI solutions using tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, automation solutions, and other emerging technologies.
- Promote the adoption of successful AI solutions within the Customer Service Center and collaborate with other teams across the bank to share knowledge and scale relevant use cases.
- Stay up to date with AI developments and best practices, translating relevant trends, technologies, and use cases into practical opportunities for the bank.
Skills and competencies we value:
- Experience in project, process management is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, vibe coding, automation tools, or basic programming is considered an advantage.
- Strong technical curiosity and willingness to experiment, build prototypes, and independently explore new AI solutions.
- Ability to connect technology with business needs and turn ideas into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Initiative, a results-oriented approach, and motivation to drive change.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
