Responsibilities:
Develop standardized construction, quality, and customer-service documentation and standards, Preparation and communication regarding the contractual requirements for the partners.
Coordination of project handover procedures to the client and for the local authorities; Help the Project manager with the Schedule and budget control;
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action, Control of contractual obligations of the subcontractors
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
Dealing with the project implementation team, including the period of all projects from contract negotiation to the end;

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction/ Civil Engineering;
Be a qualified Engineer or Architect;
Have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the construction sector;
Have experience in document preparation of construction projects, in the role of project engineer for at least two (2) contracts of similar nature/magnitude to this project, e.g. complex and multi-object engineering projects;
Category B driver's license;
Be fluent in English, written and spoken, as a mandatory requirement;
Highly organized with excellent attention to details.
Be a qualified Engineer or Architect;
Have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the construction sector;
Have experience in document preparation of construction projects, in the role of project engineer for at least two (2) contracts of similar nature/magnitude to this project, e.g. complex and multi-object engineering projects;
Category B driver's license;
Be fluent in English, written and spoken, as a mandatory requirement;
Highly organized with excellent attention to details.
