Quality Manager (pharmaceutical industry)

· Handle complaints and deviations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
· Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes
· Perform risk management activities to ensure product quality and compliance
· Assist in SOP maintenance and create clear SOPs, reports, and audit responses
· Coordinate and manage product recalls in collaboration with the RP/Head of Quality
· Conduct audits of contract acceptors to ensure compliance with regulations
· Plan, perform, document, and follow up on self-inspections
· Provide internal training to employees on GDP, pharmacology, and company processes
· Report out-of-stock situations to the MPA
· Handle external product-related questions
· Handle internal quality and product-related inquiries
· The role will include business trips

· Master of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent (required)
· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (plus)
· Experience in quality-related work (plus)
· Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Advanced computer skills
· Strong critical and analytical thinking
· Confident in discussions with regulators, auditors, and senior management
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Seeks improvement opportunities in processes and personal knowledge
