Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment; experience in the transport or logistics industry is an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian.
- Knowledge of Polish, Russian, or English will be considered an advantage.

Obowiązki:
- Actively source and recruit international truck drivers (Category CE) for our company.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Publish job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Cooperate with the Transport and HR departments to meet staffing needs.
- Represent and promote the company as an attractive employer.
