Davai A/S is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Recruiter specializing in welding and metal construction, preferably with a technical background.

Manage, execute, and oversee the full initial phase of the recruitment process
Actively support hiring needs from the first request through to successful placement
Proactively source qualified candidates using multiple channels
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates
Execute and continuously improve recruitment and employer branding strategies
Ensure timely and high-quality placement of the best possible candidates

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within welding, metal construction, or technical roles
Technical background is a strong advantage
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, competitive recruitment environment
English languages at least minimum knowledge is required
Russian language would be a bonus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
