What You Will Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand role requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, and other tools.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Qualify and present high-quality candidates to recruiters and hiring managers, and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS and report on sourcing metrics and progress.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives, including recruitment events and targeted outreach campaigns.
What You Will Need:
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Proven ability with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media).
- Experience using an ATS to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion sourcing strategies and passive talent engagement.
- Certifications or formal training in recruiting/sourcing (LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
- Experience with CRM tools, recruiting analytics, recruitment marketing, or employer branding initiatives.
