Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Assistant to support regulatory processes across three key markets: Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.
- Manage and coordinate sample processes.
- Act as a link between the Regulatory Department and Warehouse.
- Handle technical and dummy samples, including ordering packaging materials, taking product photos, and organizing shipping.
- Support the Regulatory team with sample review and related tasks.
- Perform reference picture verification.
Requirements:
- Higher education (university or college level); Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical experience or knowledge is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to consult and seek input from colleagues when needed.
- Confidence in decision-making.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Eager to learn and improve skills.
