We're Hiring – Restaurant Manager / Chef

Salary: €12.5/hour (before taxes)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager / Chef to lead our culinary operations and oversee all aspects of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the kitchen team
Create innovative menus and standardize recipes
Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
Recruit, train, and schedule kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP) and maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness

Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
✔️ Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent practical experience
✔️ Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate or an equivalent Lithuanian/EU food safety qualification
