We are looking for a motivated and experienced Road Logistics Full & Part Loads Specialist to join our team.

Independently manage FTL and LTL transport orders from booking to final delivery.

Plan and organize efficient road transport solutions across local and European markets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, carriers, and partners.

Monitor shipments, proactively communicate with customers, and ensure reliable service.

Take ownership of operational challenges, find practical solutions, and ensure timely deliveries.

Identify new business opportunities, develop existing customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Work closely with our Sales team to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver competitive transport solutions.

Manage transport documentation and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Work with colleagues across our international network to deliver the best possible solutions.

Proven experience in road freight forwarding, preferably in FTL and LTL transportation.

Good knowledge of European road transport markets, carrier networks, and freight forwarding processes.

Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility for results.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Commercial awareness and motivation to develop business opportunities.

A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.

Good command of English.
