Sales Associate

Michael Kors is looking for a passionate and commercially driven Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team in Vilnius.

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the commercial success of our store.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional and personalised customer service in line with Michael Kors brand standards.
Building strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs, preferences, and personal style.
Providing expert product knowledge and styling advice across our handbags, footwear, ready-to-wear, and accessories collections.
Proactively identifying sales opportunities through product recommendations, cross-selling, and complementary styling suggestions.
Taking ownership of individual sales performance and contributing to achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Developing lasting client relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
Maintaining excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Supporting daily store operations, including stock replenishment, inventory management, and product organisation.
Working collaboratively with the management team and colleagues to achieve shared store objectives.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Previous experience in retail or fashion; experience in luxury retail would be an advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to shared store objectives.
  
• Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• The ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging retail environment.
