OPEN POSITION: Sales Manager based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We are looking for a team player in sales and business development who can also work well independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily outbound sales activities;
- Building long-term relationships with potential customers;
- Deal making;
- Well-established sales process and support of the engineering team.
Requirements
- A proven 3-7 years track record in B2B sales within international markets (worldwide);
- Previous experience in sales within the African, North American, or Australian markets is highly desirable, though not mandatory;
- Sales experience in the aviation industry or with technical services/products is a significant advantage;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for business (1-3 trips per quarter);
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships;
- A good sense of humour is essential.
